A new venture, the company still in its infancy stage was formed eyeballing the promising aquaculture industry. Associated with renowned business consultancy houses to assess the feasibility of the project from the context of the financial side and as well as the techno commercial aspect, the concluded study provided for a most positive outlook for the project. Upon appraising the economics as well as demographics, prompted the management to acquire a large plot of land along the Red Sea in Jizan & obtain the farming license from the Ministry of Agriculture to setup an high-tech integrated shrimp production facility.

Aiming at capitalizing in on the potentiality of such a project of this nature, alliances were pursued and continue to considered so as to amass together a strong team to build-up one of the most high-tech production facilities to cater to the ever-growing market demand for quality aquaculture products.
